Mary Ellen Weatherhead has lived in Woodstock—The Friendly City—her entire life and is deeply committed to providing every client with exceptional, personalized service.
She earned her CPA/CGA designation in 1995 and spent many years with the Ministry of Finance as a tax auditor before transitioning into the municipal sector. There, she held senior management roles and completed her Diploma in Municipal Administration (Dipl.M.A.) and Certified Municipal Revenue Professional (CMRP) designation. This extensive public-sector experience provides a strong foundation in financial analysis, governance, and municipal planning.
In 1995, Mary Ellen and her husband, Bill, established a personal tax preparation business in Woodstock. Her combined background in taxation and municipal operations allows her to confidently navigate complex real estate transactions, municipal development considerations, and strategic planning—particularly for clients focused on building equity and cash flow through real estate investment.
In 2019, Mary Ellen expanded her professional services by obtaining her Real Estate Licence, and more recently completed her Broker courses through RECO. She recognizes the trust her clients place in her and is dedicated to exceeding their expectations at every stage of the real estate process.
